The Family Law Department plays a pivotal role in providing top-notch legal support to our clients during their most sensitive and challenging times.
Role Overview:
As the Head of Family Law Department, you will lead a team of dedicated professionals, overseeing a range of family law matters including divorce, child custody, cohabitation matters, financial settlements, and more.
Your responsibilities will include:
– Providing expert legal advice to clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
– Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of skilled solicitors and support staff.
– Strategizing and implementing departmental goals, initiatives, and growth strategies.
– Handling complex cases and offering innovative legal solutions.
– Collaborating with other departments to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.
– Staying updated with changes in family law regulations and industry best practices.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
– Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in Private Family Law (PQE 5 +).
– Proven leadership skills and experience in managing a legal team.
– Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
– Exceptional understanding of family law regulations, procedures, and case law.
– Ability to work effectively in a hybrid and flexible working environment.
– Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
