Rthirteen are currently assisting a thriving business based in Norwich with their search for aHead of Customer Acquisitionsto join their team. You will be an integral addition to an already successful and driven team, and your role will focus on attracting new customers to the organisation by creating a top tier customer acquisition strategy.

This is a full-time permanent role working 9:00 – 5:30 Monday to Friday. The offered salary for this position is up to £60,000-£70,000 dependent on experience.

The day to day:

  • Creating and executing a well-thought our customer acquisition strategy with a focus on appropriate sales channels, budget and volume.
  • Taking responsibility for driving customer recruitment across various channels including CRM, telemarketing, SEO, PPC, content marketing and PR.
  • Working alongside the partnership team to develop acquisition strategy in this area.
  • Onboarding new partnerships into the company portfolio.
  • Utilising demographic, social and mosaic profiling to source best matched customers.
  • Regularly reviewing performance across channels.
  • Staying engaged with new markets, emerging digital trends and competitors, looking for potential growth opportunities and refocusing strategy to incorporate theses.

You will have/be:

  • Proven experience delivering new customers in a D2C environment.
  • Experienced in Digital/CRM/Direct Response marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels and the ability to develop strong partnerships to drive scale/growth.
  • Strong knowledge of digital acquisition, marketing strategies and social acquisition.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and deliver results.
