A fantastic opportunity has emerged at an esteemed Cheshire-based law firm for a dynamic and experienced Head of Commercial Property (Senior Solicitor) with a minimum of 6 years PQE. This role is pivotal in establishing and leading the newly formed Commercial Property Department, driven by a surge in commercial property enquiries from clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Department Establishment: Take the lead in setting up and managing the Commercial Property Department, ensuring it aligns with the firm’s values and standards.
Client Management: Oversee a caseload of commercial property matters, providing expert legal advice and representation to clients.
Team Leadership: Build and lead a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.

Qualifications and Experience:
Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 6 years PQE in Commercial Property law.
