Marks Sattin are delighted to be working with a well-known North Yorkshire based manufacturing business who are looking for a Head of Commercial Finance. This is a newly created role and a very exciting time for the business, and would offer fantastic career progression for the right candidate.
Responsibilities will include:
Accountability for analysing, forecasting, and reporting across all areas of the Commercial Finance.
To provide and drive recommendations for margin improvement and provide guidance on investment decisions.
Manage the development of systems, processes and reporting to drive forward the team’s support to the wider business.
Manage requests from HQ around the provision of information and strategy for and from the UK & Ireland businesses.
Manage and Lead Ad-hoc projects that are required with a Finance and Strategic focus.
Lead and develop the team to achieve and exceed their business goals.
Work closely with senior staff to ensure adherence to guidelines and accounting standards and achieve department goals for continuous improvement.
Be part of and contribute to the success of the Commercial Leadership Team and contribute to the strategic direction of the business.
