Job Title: Head of Business Development Reinsurance
Location: London/Hybrid
Salary: £120,000 – £150,000 per annum + Benefits + bonuses
An international client is currently recruiting for a Head of Business Development within the Lloyds market.
Our client is looking for a candidate with at least 7-10 years business development experience, preferably within the reinsurance market.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage revenue growth and deliver sales targets
- Maximise product sales
- Plan and execute sales, marketing and distribution activities
- Maintain and develop client relationships: Brokers and Product Providers
- Complete all development tasks on time and to a high standard
- Attend events as and when required promoting the business
- Deliver agreed ad-hoc projects and reports within a specified time
Qualifications & Requirements:
- ACII desirable not essential
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel and Outlook) or similar software applications.
- Ability to manage time, prioritise and ensure that deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing with clients, insurers and other associates.
