Job Overview: Key Roles & Responsibilities: * Responsible for all Hardware engineering design for a range of electronic systems, being held accountable for on-time delivery and correct specification and quality standards * Deliver cost efficient Hardware engineering designs in line with agreed budget * Ensure best practice Hardware engineering standards are applied with specific focus and consideration on obsolescence management * Ensuring right-first-time, efficiency and service KPIs are consistently achieved
The Right Candidate: * A good understanding of Electronics hardware design principles together with HSE and quality * 3 – 5 years’ experience in Electronic hardware design within a relevant electronics business * Qualified to a minimum of NVQ or equivalent in Electronics Engineering * Knowledge of PCBs would be advantageous
