Handyman – Barking and Dagenham (within 1 hour)
Up to £34000 + Van + Benefits
Market leading Facility Management Consultancy focussing solely on the commercial sector are looking to add to their services team by taking on 2 x Handyman.
Key skills:
A minimum of 5 years’ experience within the building services or facility management sector
Knowledge dealing with the maintenance and repairs on light electric and plumbing related issues plus the fabric of buildings.
Full driving license
Ability to cover North-East London and within a 1-hour radius
Knowledge of public sector sites desirable but not essential
Duties include
Attending multiple health care sites as part of a larger team.
Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed at all times.
Key work – trouble shooting problems, inspecting various sites, liaising with the management and maintenance teams.
Repairing broken and faulty equipment, reporting back to the operational team.
The Handyman will receive a full benefits package, project bonus and unlimited overtime (optional). You will be able to progress within the business gaining additional qualifications along the way.
