Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing: Utilise various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry events, to identify and attract creative talent.
Candidate Engagement: Build relationships with candidates, understanding their skills, aspirations, and cultural fit with prospective employers.
Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to comprehend their creative staffing needs, providing tailored recruitment solutions.
Job Advertising: Create captivating job advertisements and promote openings across relevant platforms to attract top creative professionals.
Interview and Assessment: Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ portfolios, skills, and compatibility with client requirements.
Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative market demands to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to candidate placements, client satisfaction, and revenue generation.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate with a degree in a relevant field such as Design, Media, Communications, or Business.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for the creative industries.
