Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to provide strategic insights for business development.
Client Meetings: Conduct face-to-face meetings with key decision-makers to understand their talent needs and present our recruitment solutions.
Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations showcasing our services, demonstrating how we can meet and exceed clients’ recruitment requirements.
Lead Generation: Utilise various channels, including networking events and social media, to generate leads and expand the client base.
Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to align business development efforts with talent acquisition strategies.
Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to new client acquisition and revenue generation.
