Responsibilities:
Communicate proficiently in German and English with customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and providing effective solutions.
Offer detailed information about products or services, guiding customers through the purchasing process.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the database.
Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Fluency in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
