Committed to excellence and innovation, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Controller to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview: As a Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing financial processes for our construction projects. The ideal candidate is a CIMA qualified professional with at least 5 years of experience in the construction sector. Experience with SAGE Payroll and strong IT skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage financial accounting, reporting, and budgeting activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Analyse financial data and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with project teams to monitor and control project finances.
- Supervise and mentor finance team members.
Qualifications:
- CIMA qualified.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Financial Controller role within the construction sector.
- Proficient in using SAGE Payroll and other financial management software.
- Strong IT skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
