To become a reliable team member and join their dynamic team, my client is seeking a Financial Administrator based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.
You will be the Paraplanners primary support to guarantee the smooth operation of the department and help with administrative enquiries.
My client needs a Financial Administrator who is extremely driven, enthusiastic, and has outstanding organisational abilities. They should also be able to manage the expectations of all staff members and clients. Ultimately If you want to become a Paraplanner or a Financial Advisor this is a career progressive role.
Your role as Financial Administrator will involve supporting the Advisers with full support from LOA’s valuations, illustrations, 3rd party providers, onboarding clients, diary management and report writing. Technical exposure will include pensions, defined benefits, pension transfers, protection and IHT for clients with up to £2m of investable assets.
A knowledge of Intelligent Office is desirable but not essential.
