Radley Green is working exclusively with a fast-growth business to recruit their Finance Manager into this newly created role.
This business has been listed on the Times fastest growing companies in the UK and has grown from £2m to £30m in the last 4 years, with further growth planned.
Due to the Commercial Finance lead being promoted to Finance Director the business now needs a Qualified Finance Manager to join their team This role will have responsibility for full financial and management accounts, month-end, VAT etc and also developing all finance systems and processes.
The role will pay £50k-£65k and will give the successful candidate lots of opportunity for progression, development and the opportunity to work with senior management on a day to day basis.
The business uses Xero and an in-house system and so previously experience.
This role is based in Central London and will be 4 days a week in the office.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing month-end close and processes
- Full financial and management accounting / reporting
- Developing all finance systems and processes
- Cash-flow forecasting and development
- Project Accounting – working with non-finance to ensure reporting is accurate.
- Management of VAT, journals etc
- Supervision of junior transactional finance team member.
Candidates must be / have:
- Qualified accountant with experience producing statutory and management accounts
- Previous experience using Xero and strong systems experience
- Great communication skills
- Ambitious with a willingness to learn
