Duties/Responsibilities Include:
- Raising purchase invoices and reconciling supplier ledgers
- Efficient allocation of payments and receipts from the bank
- Bank reconciliation and aged debt reports
- Proactive credit control, including debtor chasing when required
- Collaboration with account managers and ad hoc replies to queries from China regarding expenses
- Monthly processing of expense claims, ensuring all paperwork is accurately gathered and processed
- Month-end responsibilities, including payroll or payroll journals as necessary
Key Details:
- Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 (dependent on experience)
- Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays (with 3/4 days banked for Christmas shutdown
