The Opportunity: Are you a qualified accountant with a passion for finance and the ability to build productive relationships across all levels? We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a key member, you will lead financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting for specific divisions, providing insightful commentary and supporting business leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce and review consolidated management accounts, offering insightful commentary.
Create budgets for assigned divisions and provide constructive challenge to business partners.
Enhance the quality and impact of business performance reporting, including non-financial KPI analysis.
Develop financial forecasting, decision-making support, and commercial analysis.
Drive robust financial control and implement improvements in processes and procedures.
Build strong working relationships with business partners and their teams.
Travel to regional sites as required.
Additional Responsibilities:
Lead the creation and support of capex business cases.
Deliver continuous development and improvement in client service and processes.
Highlight operational or financial risks and provide advice on potential solutions for minimizing these risks.
Skills and Qualifications:
Qualified/QBE accountant.
Previous experience in Finance Business partnering.
Confidence in dealing with senior stakeholders.
Excellent oral communication and organizational skills.
Advanced Excel skills.
Understanding of effective use of accounting systems.
