Sellick Partnership is exclusively recruiting a Finance Business Partner for George Eliot Hospital based in Nuneaton, West Midlands on a permanent basis.
Our client are an acute service provider who are on a journey to continually provide high quality, safe and responsive services to the community it serves.
Job responsibilities for the Finance Business Partner:
- Support the Senior Finance Business Partner covering Surgery, Women’s & Children and Clinical Support Services.
- Provide accurate and relevant financial information to operational management teams
- Provide accurate financial advice.
- Support service leads to understand, monitor and actively manage monthly financial performance.
- Support the financial monitoring of CIP schemes.
Key responsibilities for the Finance Business Partner are:
- To provide financial management support.
- To work closely with the clinical and Operational managers and relevant budget holders.
- To support the Senior Finance Business Partner with financial and strategic issues.
- Support the Head of Financial Management in providing financial reporting, planning, forecasting to the Senior Management team.
Person specification for the Finance Business Partner:
- CCAB (or equivalent) qualified accountant – or equivalent experience.
- Evidence of significant experience of financial management accounts in the Public Sector or a large commercial organisation.
- Financial planning and budget setting experience.
- The ability to provide and present financial information at a senior level.
