A high-growth business based in Stafforshire is currently recruiting for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join the business.
Reporting to the FD this is a highly visible Commercial Business Partnering role, operating as part of the wider commercial team, providing analytics, insights and challenging business performance.
Senior Operational Finance Business Partner your role will involve:
Owning the operational P&L
Reviewing business cases
Breaking figures down in regions; identifying performance differences
Demonstrate scenario modelling
Producing and presenting reports and analysis to senior leadership team
Putting forward recommendations and business case

Be CIMA / ACCA qualified
Have strong operational fiance experience
Be a strong communicator to non-finance people
Can work independently
Create own processes
