Robert Half are currently working with a reputable and growing business with offices in Bathgate in the recruitment of a Finance Assistant to join their busy team.
Working alongside the Finance Manager, this role would consist of the following duties:
- Posting of journals
- Accounts reconciliations
- Daily banking
- Processing of sales and purchase invoices
- Payroll administration
- Supporting with month end tasks
Profile
- Previous experience in a finance assistant role essential
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Strong MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
- Excellent problem solver
Salary
The salary range is between £25000 and £27000 per annum plus benefits.
Please note: role is mainly office based but great flexibility is offered.
