Radar Recruitment are exclusively working with a large, reputable employer based in East Kent, supporting them in their search for a Finance Analyst.

The Role: To provide support to the Finance Business Partnering team in delivering financial insight to the business. Responsible for providing accurate and timely reporting to assist with improvements in business performance. This position will suit a Finance Analyst, or either an Assistant Management Accountant or Senior Finance Assistant who is looking to migrate their skillset across to FP&A and Business Partnering. We are actively looking to develop this role (in the medium-term) to a Finance Business Partner, so communication and stakeholder engagement are key traits that will be assessed.
Responsibilities:
* Compile and publish daily, weekly, and monthly KPI data on operational performance.
* Provide support to the Finance Business Partners in the provision, analysis, and reporting of operational, supply chain, and commercial performance.
* Assist with the preparation of financial information for customer tenders
* Assist with the production of gross margin budgets and forecasts
* Assist with the preparation of budgets
* Assist in the improvement of the company’s Business Intelligence and other reporting systems and processes
* Assist in the reporting and understanding of variances between weekly reporting and management account information.
* Contributing to ad hoc financial projects as required as part of the overall finance function.
