PageGroup have exclusively partnered with a non-profit organisation to join as a Finance Analyst to join their Property Investment and Commercial team. This is a fully remote, permanent role offering a great benefits package and study support.
Description
The role will involve business partnering and month end management accounts for the investment property side of the organisation.
It will involve providing comprehensive commercial finance support and advice to the investment property team on transactions including leases events, disposals, and acquisitions. The role is also responsible for the accurate, complete, and timely accounting and reporting of the investment property portfolio performance, including forecasting and planning.
Profile
Candidates wishing to apply should have:
- Relevant accounting and business partnering experience
- A good commercial accumen
- Good computer literacy
- Close to qualifying a relevant accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CIPFA)
- Excellent communication skills
You do not need prior property experience to apply and we welcome applications from all candidates with relevant accounting and commercial business partnering experience, who are close to qualifying / newly qualified.
