As an Engineering Operations Manager you will be responsible for managing the facility, machinery and process of the company. To manage the production aspects and to meet the requirements of company KPI’s.
What you’ll need:
* An engineering degree or equivalent qualification
* Proven experience in engineering operations or project management
* Practical mechanical / fitting experience
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
* Analytic and strategic thinking abilities
* A visionary mindset with focus on continuous improvement
* A flexible approach to working hours
What you’ll get:
* A basic salary of up to £60,000
