Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of electrical systems within our facilities.
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to address facility-wide maintenance needs.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs performed and parts used.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrician, preferably in a facilities maintenance setting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.
- Available for occasional on-call work
