Fabric Engineer required for our client; a large Facilities Maintenance company based in the South-East of England. Due to expansion, our client is looking for an experienced Fabric Engineer / Building Services Engineer to join their team in London and assist with general facilities maintenance works including;
- Basic electrical, carpentry, and plumbing maintenance works
- Painting & Decorating
- Emergency lighting test and repairs
- Fire alarm testing and servicing
- Identifying faults and raising reports
- Managing workload through a PDA system
Fabric Engineer Position Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in general maintenance works
- Basic Electrical, Plumbing, and Carpentry knowledge
- Based within the M25
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Physically fit to carry out tasks
- Able to complete a DBS check
- Any Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing qualification desirable
Fabric Engineer Position Remuneration
- Salary £37,000
- 33 Day’s Holiday (25 + Bank Holiday’s)
