We are seeking an experienced Exams Officer to join a large Secondary Academy in Kingston on a permanent basis with an immediate start.
The role
As the school’s Exams Officer, you will play a key role in the effective and efficient administration of all public examinations at the school (GCSE, BTEC, Vocational). You will work closely with teaching staff, students throughout the exams programme. You will work with external exam boards and oversee invigilators to ensure that all exams are conducted in accordance with the necessary guidelines and regulations. Your role will be vital in maintaining the integrity of the exam process and ensuring that our students have the best chance of success.
You will need to have excellent organisation and communication skills, as well as a good understanding of the exam process. You should be able to work effectively under pressure and have the ability to meet tight deadlines.
This role is available with an immediate start and is offered on a permanent/temp to perm basis.

This welcoming secondary academy is based in Kingston and is rated outstanding by Ofsted. The school has grown over the past 8 years and now has over 1000 pupils on role from year 7 to year 13.
