Qin Recruitment is working with a successful community orientated comprehensive school based in Southeast London who are looking to recruit an Exams and Cover Officer.
The core purpose of the Exams and Cover Officer is:
To be responsible for the smooth running and administration of all public and internal examinations and to liaise with teachers, students, parents, and Awarding Bodies in respect of examination requirements, entries, results and communications, ensuring that the school adheres to all Awarding Bodies’ regulations.
To manage cover arrangements day to day
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a talented administration team who are focused on process improvement.
Ideal candidates will be organised, have a good eye for detail and work to conflicting deadlines. Ideal candidates will also have a flexible approach to work and will be willing to work additional hours in exam seasons to ensure all deadlines are met. We are also looking for someone who is skilled at using Microsoft Excel.
