We are currently searching for an Operations Manager on behalf of a leading marquee and event hire company, established in 1995. Based in North East Wales (near Chester), this industry leading business offer a comprehensive range of modern marquees, wooden chalets, and event essentials, serving as a one-stop solution for all event requirements across the North West.
Experience we need:
We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager with a background in events or the marquee industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be a collaborative team player, and demonstrate a track record of successful management within a similar industry.
- You will be motivate by delivering successful projects and receiving positive client feedback. • You will be a fantastic problem solver and able to “think outside the box”
- You will have excellent organisational Skills / Ability to Multi-Task & Prioritize
- You will have strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate • Management / Supervisory Experience
- You must hold a UK Driving License with either B+E or C1 category
The Role:
As an integral part of the management team, you will oversee all event installations, ensuring seamless operations with the support of Event Managers and Team Leaders. Your responsibilities will include managing commercial operations, staffing levels, and logistical planning for event builds and de-rigs. Additionally, you will play a key role in formulating growth strategies and maintaining the efficiency of our resources.
