You will play a key role in providing expert legal advice and support to clients in a wide range of employment law matters. The Employment team deals with a wide spectrum of intricate issues including but not limited to discrimination allegations, unjust termination and whistleblowing cases in employment tribunals, international senior management departures, corporate restructurings, and GDPR initiatives. To be successsful in this role you will have: * Experienced in handling employment law matters. * A solid understanding of UK employment legislation case law, and best practices. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide commercially-focused advice to clients. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing priorities and meeting deadlines. * Competent IT skills.
