Description
The Job – EMEA Payroll Supervisor
- Oversight and managing the end to end processing for the team (reporting back to Payroll Manager)
- Meeting with key stakeholders, in particular Finance and HR
- Responsible for handling payroll queries and first point of escalation to the specialists
- Liaising with in country, local payroll providers
- Producing reports when required for the wider business (finance)
- Ad hoc support to the Payroll Manager
Profile
The Successful EMEA Payroll Supervisor
- Available on short notice or immediately available (highly advantageous)
- Happy to commit to an 18-month FTC
- Commutable distance to the office – 2x week on site (typically core days of the business)
- Exposure to payroll project management/payroll supervisory within the EMEA region
- Aware of payroll processing procedures within the EMEA Region (UK, Germany, France, Spain, Austria, Finland etc.)
What do you need?
- Team player attitude with the ability to lead
- Carry fantastic, open communication skills
- EMEA Payroll processing experience is essential
- Excellent Organisation
Job Offer
EMEA Payroll Supervisor
- Minimum 18-month FTC with the business (potential to go permanent dependent on business need)
- Start Date: Candidate driven – ASAP
- Location: Maidenhead, only 2x per week into the office
- Salary: Dependent on previous exposure – up to £65,000 per annum
- Flexible start and finish time (core hours 10:00am – 4:00pm)
- 37.5 hours per week
