You will be working for a leading M&E contractor that has continued to grow into one of the largest M&E contractors in the UK. They work on a variety of different projects which include; commercial, industrial and high-end residential. They have a strong pipeline of work and are looking for the right people to join their team for this continued growth.Your new role
What you would do:Designing in conjunction with fire certs, disability access certs & planning permission report.Attend Design team meetings.Carry out site surveys of existing installations.Produce stage reports & presentations.Detail electrical schematics for build.Source and procurement of electrical components for designsCreate test plans and documentation packs for developed electrical designs.Liaise with customers & suppliers, meeting project delivery deadlines.Produce detailed design briefs, the basis of designs and survey reports.Carry out all work in a professional manner.
What you’ll need to succeed
Previous, relevant experience, gained in the Electrical Engineering fieldQualification in Engineering or related areaDeep knowledge of CIBSE, IEC, BS, IS and EN Irish and UK standardsKnowledge of Amtech requiredAbility to work in a rapidly changing environmentExcellent communication skillsWhat you’ll get in return
