Position Overview:
As an Education Technical Recruiter, you will play a vital role in identifying, engaging, and placing top-tier technical talent within the education technology domain. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of industry dynamics and the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate closely with technical hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies for education technology roles.
– Source and attract high-caliber technical candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry networking events.
– Conduct thorough technical interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit within the EdTech sector.
– Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
– Stay informed about industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor insights to inform recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
– Experience as a recruiter in the education technology or related technical industry is preferred but required.
– In-depth knowledge of EdTech technical roles, trends, and key players.
– Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced technical environment.
