Link3 Recruitment is actively seeking a talented and creative Early Years Practitioner to join our team at one of our nurseries located in Shardlow, Derby (DE72).

Job Details:
This Early Years Practitioner role spans Monday to Friday, starting as soon as possible. We are seeking a passionate and energetic individual who will innovate, raise standards, and contribute to the overall attainment of the children. A good sense of humor, along with the ability to relate to and effectively communicate with young people, is essential.
To be successful in this Early Years Practitioner position, you will:
- Hold a minimum of a Level 3 Education, Childcare, Early Years, or Teaching and Learning qualification.
- Have previous experience working in a nursery setting or be actively studying a childcare-related course.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of the EYFS Curriculum.
- Bring enthusiasm and maintain a positive attitude.
- Have a genuine passion for working with children.
- Provide a safe and healthy environment while adhering to safeguarding procedures.
- Implement innovative and resourceful teaching methods.

Essential Requirements:
All applicants must have:
- A minimum of a Level 3 Education, Childcare, Early Years, or Teaching and Learning qualification.
- Previous experience working in a nursery setting or active enrollment in a childcare-related course.
- A positive approach to child development, managing behavior, and a passion for your area of expertise as evident in your teaching.
- Applicants will undergo pre-employment checks and should hold current DBS checks registered with the update service. We can help support this if required.
