An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an award-winning progressive company supplying niche business solutions, as the Digital Marketing Manager. You will work on a hybrid model and must be in commutable distance of St.Austell.

As Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the strategic planning, development, and delivery of all digital marketing operations. With a core focus on driving the website and email marketing, your role will involve working closely alongside the sales team to action innovative sales campaigns. Responsible for co-managing, supporting, and leading a close-knit team of like-minded people to achieve the marketing aspirations of our client’s growing business.

 To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • Prior professional experience in digital marketing.
  • Working experience with website analytics, social media platforms and digital advertising best practices.
  • Experience in budget and strategy planning / maintenance.
  • Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Detailed knowledge of CRM/data management, HubSpot would be advantageous.
  • eCommerce experience, ideally Magento/Adobe Commerce.
  • Detailed knowledge of website analytics tools/GA4.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and design packages would be beneficial.
  • Possess initiative, resilience, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Able to take ownership of assigned tasks and deadlines

 
Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM management – ensuring quality content with the purpose of identifying/targeting to enhance performance.
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points, to drive client acquisition, growth, and retention with the use of advanced analytic software.
  • Collaborating with various internal team members to achieve successful campaigns against strategies and goals set.
  • Work closely with Sales Team to ensure a continual stream of valuable leads
  • Preparing reports and statistics for use internally.
  • Tracking, analysis and reporting to enable performance improvements.
  • Measure ROI against KPI’s, across all platforms and ensure proactive approach is taken to continually enhance.
  • Budgetary planning and department cost maintenance.
  • Ownership of the company’s website(s).
  • Hiring, coaching and management of team members.
  • Liaising with various third-party organisations and/or consultants.

 
In return the successful Digital Marketing Manager will receive up to £42,000 per annum. Inclusive of some fantastic benefits and in addition, the opportunity to join one of Europe’s fastest growing suppliers in their sector & an industry recognised education programme. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 5:00, with a hybrid working model.
