Our client is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead their digital marketing initiatives, strengthen brand awareness, foster customer acquisition, and drive online sales.

Description

Key duties for the role will include:

Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing plan that aligns with B2B/B2C and e-commerce objectives, ensuring effective resource allocation.

E-commerce Optimisation: Oversee and optimize the functionality, user experience, and product listings on our Magento-based e-commerce platform.

SEO and SEM: Implement and manage robust search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to improve online visibility and attract qualified B2B clients and online shoppers.

Content Marketing: Lead content creation efforts, including product descriptions, blog posts, videos, and case studies, aimed at educating and engaging our target audience.

Email Marketing: Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, enhance customer engagement, and boost e-commerce sales.

Social Media Management: Develop and maintain social media accounts, generating compelling content to promote brand visibility, engage with customers, and enhance brand loyalty.

Paid Advertising: Strategically create and manage online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, to increase lead generation and conversion rates.

Analytics and Reporting: Regularly analyse performance data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide detailed reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, making data-driven adjustments.

Budget Management: Develop and manage the digital marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI.

Profile

Suitable candidates will posses a:

– Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

– Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, with a strong focus on B2B/Retail/B2C and e-commerce, along with proficiency in Magento.

– In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.

– Expertise in SEO, SEM, and e-commerce best practices.

– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

– Strong project management and organizational skills.
