Our client is one of the largest UK suppliers within their industry. An innovative company specialising in crafting a world of joy and excitement, offering a diverse range of interactive and imaginative products! Established for over 30 years, they are seeking a Digital Marketing and Social Media Executive to join the small and dedicated team.
The Role – Digital Marketing and Social Media Executive
Reporting into the Marketing Director, you will assist with a huge variety of marketing activities across their three business divisions, covering over 700 products! The Marketing Director is a brilliant marketer to learn from and you will have the opportunity to get involved in the full marketing mix, with a focus on coordinating ecommerce websites and managing social media platfoms.
Your responsibilities will include:
Manage existing content on the trade and consumer websites (shopify) updating with new content and collateral.
Produce short digital marketing videos such as social media product videos
Support the marketing director to develop long term strategic marketing plans
Assist with event organisation and attend as required.
Create graphics such as brochures and leaflets, via Adobe Creative Cloud
Assist with SEO, PPC, email and TV campaigns.
Assist with managing the external PR agency.
Organise product photography and assist with image editing.
Social media – create content and manage platforms as required.

A marketing qualification would be ideal and it would be great if you have experience withAdobe Creative Cloud products such as Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator and previous experience of using ecommerce platforms such as Shopify.
Location
Due to the location of the offices and this being a full-time office-based role, those located within commutable distance of Melbourn are best suited. Areas include Royston, Duxford, Foxton, Sawston, Hitchin, Welwyn Garden City, Stevenage, Cambridge, Saffron Walden and wider areas of South Cambridgeshire and North Hertfordshire.
