STEM Recruitment Solutions are recruiting for a Development Chemist for our client based near Paisley.
In this role you will contribute your expertise and support the technical team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead projects, and ensure product development aligns with business objectives. This role requires decisive decision-making, leadership, and effective stakeholder influence.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales to identify future product development projects.
Organize and oversee plant trials, ensuring standards are met.
Work with teams to facilitate smooth product scale-up.
Provide technical expertise to various departments.
Stay updated on changes to raw materials.
Manage assigned projects efficiently.
Specify new and existing products and processes.
Maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Provide written reports, including technical analysis.
Offer technical support to address manufacturing issues.

To be successful in this role you will have a background in Chemistry and proven experience working in an industrial lab.
