We’re seeking an enthusiastic 3D Modeller / Design Engineer to join our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking company specialising in product cooling, air conditioning, and ventilation systems. With previous experience in a similar role as a draughtsman and in 3D modelling, you will be involved in the design of a wide range of variable products and systems covering all facets of HVACR design, working with some of the most renowned Blue Chip Food and Drink producers in the UK.

Role Highlights:
* You will be working with a senior modelling engineer
* You will be operating within an established contract team
* Submit drawings for customer approval and maintain drawing issues and approval registers
* Site plans and general arrangement drawings
* Detailed ductwork and mechanical services drawings
* Steelwork and sheet metal fabrication drawings
* Assist engineering team with system design
* Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and client specifications
* Carry out detailed site surveys of buildings and plant
Your Skills:
* Engineering qualification at HND level or above.
* Demonstrable experience gained in a similar design role
* Building Services experience is essential
* Proficiency in 3D design using SolidWorks and Revit.
* Expertise in the latest AutoCAD version for creating meticulous 2D designs.
* Competent with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Technical design experience spanning ductwork, pipework, and steelwork sizing.
* Familiarity with industry drawing standards.
* Adeptness in teamwork, requiring minimal supervision.
* Possession of a full UK drivers licence for potential nationwide client site visits.
