We are recruiting for one role in particular which will be to form part of the very successful and continuously growing Financial Planning Division.
A ‘Delivery Consultant’ is required to work within the team where the successful candidate will support both the Divisional Director and a Senior Recruiter. This role will cover the Midlands market, you will work closely alongside another one of the teams Delivery Consultants. As a team we work with some of the Region’s leading IFA Firms including smaller boutiques and National companies. Our Clients and Candidates are incredibly professional servicing some incredibly wealthy and HNW Individuals, and with that in mind, we are looking for someone like minded who treats everyone we speak to with the upmost respect and honesty. Our reputation succeeds itself, and we have been working with a lot of our clients continuously for 10 years + who come to us on a exclusive basis as a trusted, reliable and ethical business partner.
Standard knowledge of the following is expected;
Use of all the job boards and a back office candidate database
Identifying good quality candidates and carrying out strong registrations
Offer strong matching skills and understanding both client and candidate requirements in order to do so as accurately as possible
Being able to build fantastic business relationships in order to obtain loyalty, gather accurate information and handle difficult conversations
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven background of building strong relationships in an ethical recruitment environment.
