Our team is a mix of motorbike enthusiasts and finance specialists who have a common goal to help individuals finance and ride away on the bike of their dreams.
As a finance broker, we work in partnership with Motorbike Dealerships to arrange finance deals that suit their customers, by finding the best finance package available to us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact our established database of motorbike dealerships to develop finance leads into Superbike Loans.
- Account Manage the dealerships, building strong and lasting relationships.
- Work towards company KPI’s.
- Assisting with finance applications for dealer-introduced business.
- Liaising with our lenders.
Essential Experience:
- Candidates must be customer-centric, Superbike Factory places customer interests at the heart of the business. We are authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). All employees must comply with Consumer Duty; setting higher and clearer standards of consumer protection across the business, and putting our customers’ needs first
- Telesales/Business Development or Account Management and customer service
Desirable Experience:
- An understanding of loans/finance.
- Experience working in a FCA-regulated environment.
- B2B sales.
- An understanding of Consumer Duty.

Hours
Monday to Friday 9 am-6 pm. Every other Saturday 9 am -5 pm per month, with a day off in the week.
