** Data Scientist – High Growth Fintech – London **

I am currently supporting a high growth Fintech lender to identify a Data Scientist to help build and grow their analytical capabilities.

Given their growth over the last couple of years, they are looking at continuing the enhancement of their Data Science function and utilisation of analytics.

With this in mind they are looking for a Data Scientist who wants to challenge themselves and drive a number of different projects in the business. This can be anything from Fraud to Risk, Commercial, Marketing, Chatbots etc.

This role will involve working on data and building group wide Machine Learning models from scratch. There is also involvement into the implementation of AI into the business.

It is a great role to enhance your skills and really impact and own a number of key analytical requirements in the business.

Essential Requirements;

  • Must have at least 2 years as Data Scientist
  • Must have worked in Financial Services
  • Strong technical capabilities and delivered projects and models end-to-end.
  • Experience working on the build of ML models, understanding of how they are built
  • Extremely competent in stakeholder management and managing a non-technical audience
  • Any GenAI work is useful
  • Strong SQL and Python
