We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Manager to join our dedicated team and welcoming school community at The Marist School, a vibrant and ambitious Independent Catholic Day School for Girls with a strong commitment to academic excellence. In this full-time, year-round position, you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining our entire school information system (ISAMS). You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, generating reports, and providing comprehensive support to our senior leadership team and heads of department. 

As Data Manager at The Marist School, your responsibilities will include:

  • Administration and maintenance of the school database.
  • Producing assessment and reporting on student information.
  • Management and preparation of data returns to statutory bodies
  • Producing reports as required
  • Administration of the school cloud for parents evening and co-curricular bookings
  • Taking a lead role in the development and management of record/information systems (Currently ISAMS)

At The Marist School, we’re looking for a Data Manager with:

  • Proven experience working with school information systems, preferably ISAMS.
  • Excellent data management and analytical skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and data security.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
