Robert Half is supporting their client which is a Global Consulting Firm in looking for a Cx Programme Director to work with their services organisation on a large scale business transformation programme and Lead the development and execution of a customer experience strategy vendor management workstream for an initial 6 months basis.
This will be a hybrid working contract with ideally 1-2 days based in near Milton Keynes at c.£800.00 p/day via umbrella/PAYE.
The Cx Programme Director will need experience in :
- Will need to have Retail or FMCG or Hospitality type experience
- Lead the development and execution of a customer experience strategy: Take ownership of designing and implementing a comprehensive customer experience strategy, ensuring alignment with the client’s objectives and priorities.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration: Facilitate collaboration between various departments, teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of customer experience initiatives, leveraging diverse expertise and resources.
- Analyse and leverage customer insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of customer feedback, behaviour, and market trends to identify opportunities for improving the customer experience. Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and prioritise initiatives for maximum impact.
- Manage project delivery and performance: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of customer experience projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Establish clear KPIs and metrics to track project performance and measure success.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, offering strategic guidance and recommendations on how to enhance the overall customer experience and drive business growth. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to keep them informed of progress, challenges, and opportunities.
