Right Now Group are looking for an experienced Air and Sea Freight Customs Brokerage Clerk to join our client based in Maidenhead. Our client are a leading logistics company that specialise in Motorsport and Event Logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customs brokerage for both air and sea freight shipments, ensuring compliance with import and export regulations.
- Coordinate customs clearance processes for inbound and outbound shipments, insuring documentation preparation and submission.
- Collaborate with customs authorities, shipping lines, airlines, and other stakeholders to expedite clearance and minimise delays.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams and clients on customs-related matters, including tariff classification and duty/tax calculations.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of customs regulations and trade compliance requirements for air and sea freight operations.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 year’s experience in export and import customs processes for both air and sea freight operations.
- Knowledge of ASM Sequoia, Chief/CDS and Compass/CNS
- Knowledge of using Boxtop preferred.
- Ability to drive and have use of a car – based on location of the role. Public transport is restricted.

Shift: Monday – Friday
Hours: 09:00 – 17:30
Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 – Based on Experience
