Global wellness company are looking for a Customer Services/Account Manager to support participants of Premier Club, a program designed to support aspiring independent Leaders in taking their first step in building their business.

With a key focus on encouraging members to prepare, invite and present, the Premier Club program is open to all independent business owners, from new starters up to the rank of Elite. Premier Club can be used a tool and boost to accelerate their business growth.

Core Responsibilities

  • Process Premier Club applications and send approval emails
  • Send monthly surveys to Premier Club participants and collate responses
  • Oversee all administrative duties:

o Determine and audit standings

o Send monthly report to internal Leadership teams

o Process final reports

o Manage prize creation

o Manage prize inventory/distribution

o Review and respond to all emails in the Premier Club inbox

  • Coordinate Premier Club training
  • Collaborate with Diamond Club Coordinators
  • Ensure smooth running of the Premier Club program
  • Proactively look for ways to improve the program procedures, processes, trainings, recognition, and prizes.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Fluency in English is required (German speaking is a plus butnot essential)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. Associates degree, certificate program, or other significant work experience accepted.
  • Relevant computer knowledge and experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and social media).
  • Must be self-directed, self-motivated, and proactive.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and problem solve efficiently.
  • Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to connect/relate to people.
