Rthirteen are currently partnering with a leading insurance provider in their search for a Customer Service Representative. Joining their highly successful team, you will be a first point of contact for customers, advising on products, and accurately updating records.
This is a full time, permanent position working Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm or 9.30am – 6pm, and is offering a competitive salary DOE, plus bonus.

Your duties will include:
- Providing expert advice on the range of products sold by the company.
- Answering customer enquiries via telephone and email.
- Processing documents, and ensuring accurate records are kept.
- Making a positive impact on every customer call, efficiently and effectively having the right conversations to meet their needs.
- Problem solving and building excellent relationships over the telephone, and providing a friendly, timely and professional service.
You will have/be:
- GCSE level qualifications in Maths and English.
- Knowledge of FCA rules and regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- The ability to adapt/respond to different types of enquiries.
- Dedication and commitment to drive performance.
