My client based in Preston are looking for a Customer Service/Contact Centre Advisor to join their team.
Monday – Thursday (8:30 – 5:00), Friday 8:30 – 4:30
Pay rate: £10.42/hour
3 months with potential of going permanent.
Excellent telephone and customer service skills. This is a telephone-based role (not sales) that requires a driven individual who is quick and confident on the phone.
The role will be to make outbound and take inbound calls. The ideal candidate will have the following:
* Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
* Good IT skills – using google sheets, excel, our CRM system.
* Planning skills
* Works well under pressure.
* Able to work to targets – we expect a minimum number of calls and appointments every day to be made.
* Must be within travel distance of Preston city centre office.
