We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our client’s team on a temporary basis for 6 weeks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel. As the office location requires driving to access, candidates will need their own transport; however, we provide free onsite parking.
Day to day of the role:
• Answering incoming calls and responding to customer queries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints, ensuring all relevant information is logged.
• Inputting information and data on to their internal system.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable using computers with experience in Excel.
• Must have a driving license and means of transportation due to the office location.
