We are assisting our clients search for enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join their team based in Hedge End, near Southampton. The role is a permanent, full-time position working a mix of shifts across the week and will include working 1-2 weekends a month. The role is office based and there is free parking onsite.
Start date – Monday 5th February or 12th February.
The role:
- Answering a high volume of inbound calls and emails from customers.
- Providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Providing clear and concise assistance to customers.
The ideal person:
- Previous experience within a Customer Service* role is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Strong IT skills, and ability to use and learn new systems.
*Previous roles/industries may include but not limited to: Customer Services, Hospitality, Retail, Customer Care, Contact Centre, Banking etc
