We have a Customer Service Advisor role available, with a superb local established business in Lytham.

Customer Service Advisor salary: c£21500

Customer Service Advisor hours: Flexible working options available -37.5 hours Monday – Friday – flexi time

The role of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries by phone, text and email.
  • Taking responsibility and being proactive in communicating with customers.
  • Ability to deal with customer queries.
  • Provide cover for processes including auto leavers, starters / leavers, home working and references.
  • Take ownership of your own development, ensuring that your knowledge is in line with current legislation..
  • Liaise with internal departments
