Silber Arrowsis currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor for its Mercedes-Benz operation in Dubai, UAE. You will work closely with our workshop to efficiently organize and oversee tasks, ensuring optimal utilization of workshop resources, all while upholding our unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Your primary focus will involve skilfully upselling additional services and add-ons. We are in search of individuals capable of providing the highest Caliber of aftersales service to our valued customers, offering expert advice and guidance on all technical aspects related to their vehicles.
Service Advisor Responsibilities:
- Responsible for prioritizing customer requirements throughout the service operation.
- Responsible for ‘front of house’ customer technical/vehicle inquiries
- To ensure every opportunity is met to achieve customer satisfaction
- Primary focus being upselling additional work and add ons
- Monitor workshop loading, ensuring continuity to maximize available resources
- Ensure adherence to company standards for quality control within the workshop – maintains a quality system
- Efficiently manages resources to deliver quality service on time
- Responsible for delivering customer vehicles on time to a high standard
- Manages the standard and quality of technical information
- Ensures that the authorization of warranty and goodwill meets the manufacturers’ recommendations
- Meets with the service manager to review performance and suggest improvements
- Identifies training and development needs for self and team as part of the performance management process
- Ensures all customers are sent follow-up messages
- Responsible to ensure the workshop is maintained in a clean and tidy state at all times
Qualifications:
- English Proficiency (Englishman Preferably)
- Previous service/sales experience within the automotive industry.
- Proven sales track record and transferable skills from other sectors will be considered
- Experience in a customer-focused environment
- Specialized technical knowledge.
