We are looking for a Customer Coordinator to join our client in the health care sector. The Customer Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing diaries, and providing excellent customer service to customers and their families. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and possess a strong customer service mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments, ensuring efficient use of time and resources
- Manage the diaries, coordinating appointments and ensuring availability
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers and their families, addressing any enquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of appointments, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed
- Collaborate with health care professionals and other staff members to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service/admin role
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues
This is a full time permanent position and the hours of work are Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30.
After a successful period of training in the office there will be the option to work from home (please note that you will be required to go into the office according to the needs of the business)
